Mare Quarantine Station

BARNEA

We have a registered mare quarantine station on our farm Barnea. It consists of 5 newly built, huge, modern stables with 4 hectares of eragrostis grazing that surrounds the stables. Each mare can be kept separately or together with the other mares, according to the owner's choice.
The fences are electrified horse tape to keep possible injuries to an absolute minimum. The whole area is surrounded with electric fencing.  There are 24 hour supervision 10 meters from the stables. The veterinarian is only 6km and one phone call away. CCTV cameras will be installed in the near future for even more control.
Although Bethlehem is not known as a AHS area, the stables are designed to prevent any insects from  entering the stables, but with plenty of fresh air. Phone us to find out about our competitive rates. Book as soon as possible - we are almost fully booked until the end of September 2011.
