WOLKENTANZ II X ROADSTER Born January 28, 2008
Wikita has been imported in utero from Germany, She is out of our beautiful mare, Rhomea.(deceased). She is a very flashy, pretty, correct filly with top movement and a super, super nature. With the most famous dressage lines in the world in her pedigree, namely Weltmeyer, Donnerhall, and Rubenstein, one can expect that she will have everything to reach the top in dressage. She should reach about 16.3hh. She has very good hock action and a loose shoulder. Her beautiful neck and head reminds one very strongly of her beautiful, elegant sire, Wolkentanz II. Wolkentanz II is known for the top conformation that he gives to his foals.
In April 2010 she was struck by lightning, which went through her back legs. After about 3 weeks she lost all coordination to walk. Her video's was sent to all vetirinarian universities all over the world, and everybody agreed that she had the worst case of stringhalt ever seen. On the way to the theatre, she fell 5 times. On her way back, she could stay on her four legs. After a year she started trotting again, and I can say with thanks in my heart that she recovered almost completely. She was covered in February by our stallion, and we suspect a lovely foal from her next year.
